www.avweb.com is a General Aviation resource site for news, discussion, and information, including reviews of equipment, instructional tips, and so on. It is probably the best of the breed, and is worth visiting at least weekly.
 
www.landings.com is another good resource and includes excellent reference materials such as the FARs and the FAA airman and aircraft database lookups. If you need to find out who owns that N-number, this is the place for you!
 

EAA Links

www.eaa.org, the home of the national Experimental Aircraft Association. Here is all the information on the sub-organizations, Oshkosh, auto-fuel STCs, education, events, everything!
 
www.youngeagles.org, contains all of the information and the World's Largest Logbook of the Young Eagles program, which introduces youngsters to the joy of flight.

www.airnav.com, is a wonderful free service that will help you flight plan and locate fuel stops along your route. It also contains the A/FD information that you need, along with other information about airports and navaids. A great resource!"
 
www.duats.com and www.duat.com are two official and competing services which give you web-based access to the full FAA DUATS system. Get your briefings, and file your flight plans, and also make use of flight-planning tools at both sites.
 
www.weather.com is the official site of The Weather Channel. Here, there are aviation products that include radar and satellite images.
 
www.weathertap.com is Trade-A-Plane's effort at making a subscription-based aviation weather site. It includes the NEXRAD product line. You may find it useful.
